Job Description
The Smart Virtual Academy Partnership Sales Leader will join the Ed Tech Partnerships team to work on recruiting, developing, and maintaining relationship with training content providers at the local and international level with focus on the markets where Classera operates to join Classera’s Partner Network (CPN) in addition to developing sales pipeline for these content partners to drive sales closure and maximize Classera’s revenue.
Additional job functions include but not limited to the following:
- Driving joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Drive cross sales of Classera’s products through partners.
- Drive internal and external training and presentation of partners’ packages
- Other ad-hoc projects related to partners’ products bundles, promotion, and marketing plans.
_______________________________________________________ Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Ed Tech Partnerships Director, the responsibilities of the candidate will include:
Drive CPN Training Content Partners’ Sales
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the training market in target countries, understand competitor positions, and develop the CPN strategy to tackle top commercial opportunities.
- Develop healthy network across target customers’ base of corporates and organizations
- Work and plan to deliver on sales targets set by management
- Drive sales planning and work with Classera Sales and Partner Account Owners to create sales initiatives to promote CPN members value to customer base through creative partnerships activities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of commercial opportunities for CPN
- Coordinate creation of sales propositions for viable opportunities and manage all stakeholders to resolve any issues to deal closure
- Drive business closure of commercial opportunity, handle matchmaking and facilitate negotiation between CPN members and customers.
- Support the Business Development team with market knowledge, insight and sales
activity to secure revenue for strategic projects - Consistently achieve the commercial revenue targets set by management.
- Work closely with Classera Sales Teams worldwide to position CPN products as an added
value proposition to Classera products. - Responsible for achieving the quota of training content with different stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer facing experience in driving sales, maintaining sales pipeline with minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate training market trends and dynamics with minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven track record in successful account management and business development
- Strong experience across all sales stages from influencing to deployment
- Experience in handling sales partner networks, contracts, and deal negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English,
- A good team player who is open to working closely with sales colleagues and
individuals from other departments - Ability to work on several types of projects at the same time – new business sales, renewal of existing partnerships, sales strategy, sales pipeline forecasting, lead generation
- Competent with Sales Force as the main sales management systems (CRM) as well as design / sales presentation tools Skills & Qualifications
