Job Description
- Ensure customer's queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution.
- Ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers.
- Achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality.
- Receiving all customer's calls and handle them properly.
- Handle customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email and phone.
- Confirming availability from the Partners and courier pick up.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English
- Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (Telecommunication industry eg. ex-Vodafone, BDO, Xceed ... etc).
- Proven ability to maintain high-quality calls.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer issue resolution across all contact channels (e-mail, social media and phone).
- Good PC & typing skills in English & Arabic.
