Job Description

Job Summary 

Responsible for the planning, execution, delivery, and evaluation of PR activities for Benya Group and its’ subsidiaries. As well as Manage and maintain Benya subsidiary's websites, social media platforms, and on-ground PR activations.

Responsible for PR, communications, digital marketing, social media, and analytics 

Accountabilities 

  • Create awareness of and develop all subsidiaries’ brands
  • Help with PR & communication plans, digital and social media 
  • Manage and maintain Benya subsidiaries’ websites and social media platforms
  • Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
  • Evaluate and review PR activities, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used effectively 
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly reports for management
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity for GAP and SWOT analyses for Benya Group and its’ subsidiaries
  • Oversee and manage the PR, communications, digital and social media assigned budgets for each subsidiary
  • Work with PR & communications team to ensure a match with the corporate brand align with the marketing strategy and PR annual plan 
  • Assist with PR Holding department the CEOs interviews (press, TV and online) and on-ground activities (press conferences, round tables, media events…etc)
  • Research and gather relevant opportunities for sponsorships for each subsidiary
  • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists
  • Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices
  • Content management for social media, digital activities, websites, and PR
  • Work closely with external agencies to design digital, websites, and social media content.
  • Provide all needed insights and updates to be used in the internal communication collaterals (newsletter, announcements……)
  • write briefs for PR, digital, websites, social media, copywriters

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Masters is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics 
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities and ability to multitask 
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 
  • Fluent written and oral English skills.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PR, communications, digital marketing, website management, and measurement.
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Flexible, adaptive, collaborative personality with a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
