  1. Heavy Equipment sales engineer(Cairo-Alex)

This role requires a candidate with strong engineering knowledge and a proven track record of handling high-value transactions common in the construction/mining sector in Egypt.

 

  • Job Title: Heavy Equipment Sales Engineer
  • Reports To: Sales Manager / CEO
  • Salary Range: good package + high Sales Commission
  • Exp: 3 to 6 years.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Maximize sales of Material Handling Equipment" ( Forklift , Manlift , Scissor lift, etc )
  • Market Analysis & Prospecting: Identify and target key accounts in the Egyptian market, including large contractors, quarry operators, cement/concrete producers, and mining companies.
  • Technical Consultation: Assess client operational needs (e.g., required crushing throughput, earthmoving capacity, concrete output) and propose the optimal heavy equipment solutions (crushers, batching plants, material handlers).
  • Financial Modeling & Tendering: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including financing options (leasing/loans), total cost of ownership analysis, and warranty terms. Manage complex tender processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers (Owners, GMs, Procurement Directors) in high-value client organizations.
  • After-Sales Coordination: Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless delivery, commissioning, and reliable after-sales support/maintenance contracts
  • Maximize sales of crushers, and products to our current and new customers through persistent sales prospecting activities focused on the assigned market.
  • Ensure that related sales targets are met regarding unit sales and revenue crushers while giving due attention to the highest price realization.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: no need for engineering Bachelor's degree. 
  •  A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Mining Engineering is a Plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of direct sales experience in Heavy Equipment, Construction Machinery, Crushing/Screening equipment, or Concrete Batching Plants in the Egyptian market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of the specifications, capacity, and operational requirements of; Crushers (Jaw, Cone, Impact), Concrete Mixing Plants, and Earth-Moving Machinery.
  • Must understand machine uptime and maintenance needs.
  • Commercial skills: Demonstrated ability to handle sales cycles lasting 6-18 months.
  • Soft Skills: Highly professional negotiation skills, persistence, and credibility when dealing with senior management/owners.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and professional English.
