Job Description
- Drive and impose continuous improvement philosophy & spirit through setting the main pillars and objectives of operation excellence.
- Set strategic planning for execution of Kaizen events and improvement initiatives that realizing tangible business results and contribute effectively to business growth and profitable performance.
- Ensuring value streams that not only flow at the rate of customer demand but are made visual in such a way and to such a degree that every employee in the organization can physically see that flow and fix the flow before it breaks down.
- Ensure that all Functions are working with a strategic and tactic objectives and Clear K.P.I.s are established and measured and a regime of action plan to improve performance is in place.
- Manage and Lead the of building Oriental Weavers Manufacturing System pillars and processes and ensure the effective implementation.
Job Requirements
- B.sc. in Engineering or Equivalent from Reputable University is a must.
- MBA is an advantage.
- 10 years at least practical experience in Operation Excellence out of them 3 years as managers in big or multinational organizations.
- Good background on Lean Management and Continuous improvement activities.
- Building a new System for Continuous improvement and Lean Management system himself is a must.
- Successful Leading with a proven track a function across multi-disciplined functions are a must.
- Certified lean manufacturing black belt is a must, certified six sigma Black belt or similar is an optional.
- Complex Problem solving techniques and troubleshooting skill.
- Skillful of Macro oversees and the micro analysis.
- Cooperative and good communicator with all parties and his stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage and coach his team and supportive function.
- Awareness of Quality Management system & Six Sigma & Quality Award model of excellence.
- Report writing skills.
- Presentation Skills
