Job Description
- Create, maintain, review and administer schedules and plans.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze Project tasks and update the detailed planning with subtasks list
- Work with Team leaders to create project KPIs and progress measurement methodology.
- Keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client
- Present information for internal meetings on the project
- Keep all stakeholders unformed about critical path updates.
- Forecast Risks and Raise alerts on foreseen schedule problem
