Job Description

  • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Acting on behalf of the president in the meetings of foreign clients
  • Prepares meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives including itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare personal expenses and financial claims for the CEO and top management team (invoices or financial statements)
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Job Requirements

  • This position is required for the Egyptian Company for Cosmetics- ECC.
  • Flexibility to travel to different work locations including different governorates is a MUST.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent Communication and time-management skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional discretion
