Job Description
- Review and approve tender design /drawings layout and plans based on standards and codes
- Study material and manufacturers used to compromise project budget
- Manage designed figures such as land-use and users’ requirements
- Consider safety and sustainability of building while designing to ensure it will meet the needs of its function
- Coordination between architectural design, structure drawings and MEP drawings, (study the trades design, solve conflicts, manage solutions for problems, highlight the missing items in design and integrate final product in final package)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local planning regulations and restrictions
- Perform regular meetings to review requirements and discuss detailed design with all trades and contractors and CEO to achieve maximum efficiency on each package.
- Supervise the team of professionals who will work on the project including architects, MEP and structure engineers. assign tasks / managing working time and reviewing products
- Review detailed drawings final package (IDC _ Internal Design Check)
- Revisit and redesign to incorporate changes based on the variation requirements, budget and regulations.
- Collect data (details, specs, samples, manufacturers, site investigations).
- Meetings with design team for developing items that needed to be revisited.
- Adding and developing TO filing system /library/ templates and design quality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Architectural Engineering
- 12 - 15 Years of Experience
- Mega projects study, design / DD/ coordination and presentation experience
- Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Reasonable mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to organize projects
- Logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Time management skills
- Leadership
