Job Description
- Preparing financial statement and analysis accounting
- Issuing sales invoices & e-invoice sequence
- Prepare accounts receivable entry which related to collection of installments.
- Prepare interest entry in accrual base.
- Prepare prepayment entry in case of early retirement and reschedule of loan amount payment.
- Closing contracts by claims which received from insurance company in cases of total loss or death cases.
- Collect installment by Direct Debit, ACH method or corpay from banks.
- Prepare receivable reports on a monthly base "collection & payments status".
- Prepare aging report.
- Analysis Advance payment from clients.
- Compare interest, principles and clients balance before and after securitization with trail balance.
- Prepare sales tax report (VAT under new low).
- Preparation of financial report and certain reports required by managers.
- Organize the timely completion with both the Company’s Internal and External Auditors
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience is needed.
