Job Description
- Coordinating and conducting training to maintain the quality and excellence in medical associates, including MA, MSL, and managers.
- Driving Launch Excellence & Demonstrating leadership beyond the Medical with close collaboration with Patients Engagement & Advocacy, and other relevant functions for successful one RAY launch.
- Provide strategic directions for the local field medical team.
- Implementation of regular coaching of MSLs; organize regular KPI generation, communicate to MSL managers and TA Heads accurate delivery of messages in line with global plans.
- Maintain and optimize the harmonized usage of a regional Medical system .
- Lead the collection and align input from countries and TAs on their needs, document the respective business processes and business rules, manage system change requests and lead User Acceptance Tests. Integration and maintenance of e-learning
- Maintain and optimize regional training concepts for customer-facing functions in Medical Affairs. Provide Cross TA support to Medical Education and ensure sharing and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain and optimize regional training concepts for coaching functions in Medical Affairs such as Coaching for Excellence. .
- Assess and define additional training needs for and implement.
- Continuously review Medical Affairs audit findings and identify potential processes and solutions for globalization, harmonization and improvement.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in medical field. Master Degree is an advantage.
- Field Medical Excellence/ MSL Manager background.
- Experience in Medical Affairs (preferably in MSL role).
- Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coach scientific/medical colleagues at all skill and knowledge levels.
- Strategic thinking and change management mindset to sustain a culture of high ethical standards and compliance.
- English & French level - advanced is a must
