Job Description
At Bonocle we are building the first-ever Braille entertainment platform for the blind. Bonocle uses both Hardware and Software technologies to create use cases within gaming, education and productivity for the blind.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and exceptional Senior iOS Developer with Swift expertise, experience in developing applications for iOS at least for 3 years to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easy-to-maintain code.
- Translate user stories into stable, working, and high-performance software.
- Work within a team to design, develop, and support multiple products.
- Play a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient distributed architecture.
- Stay up to date on the latest advances and technologies.
- Share knowledge with others.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developing native iOS applications
- Strong knowledge of OOD, design patterns
- Knowledge of architectural design patterns like: MVVM.
- Experience with: Cocoa Touch, iPhone/iPad HIG, KVO/KVC, Multitasking, Blocks, REST, JSON, Core Data, Local and Remote Notifications (experience in Unit Tests will be a plus), concurrencies
- Knowledge of SWIFT and Objective-C
- Experience in using Git
- Experience with in-app purchase
- Experience with WebRTC is a plus
- Ability to analyze requirements, create technical designs, and write high-quality code
- Good communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
