Job Description
Regarding Contractors’ activities:
- Control and validate Contractors’ Invoices and corresponding progress of the work
- Control of cost and financial aspects of Contractors’ Change Requests and Claims
- Administrative and financial monitoring of Contractor’s equipment delivery
Regarding SYSTRA activities:
- Administrative and Financial monitoring
- Follow-up and control of time sheets
- Follow-up and control of Invoices
- Follow-up and Control received payments
- Follow-up and Control of Systra‘s sub-contractors timesheets and invoices
- Alert the Project Director in the event of a corporate budget drift.
- Prepare the periodic and specific activity reports for the financial part.
- Prepare and monitor the financial docking of the different project lots
- Monitor the state of inspection reports sheets and snag list established by Contractors & Systra.
- Assisting Projects' Managers in Monitoring & controlling projects
- Participate in claims studying & analysis with Contracts Manager.
- Provide support for contractual management of contracts.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of overall experience
- Any Discipline of Engineering
- Experience in Cost Controlling and QS
