- Providing smooth running of all company PC’s and Peripherals.
- Installing & maintenance operating systems and other Applications
- Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company
supported applications. - Troubleshoot computer problems.
- Advise staff on appropriate action.
- Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
- Document resolutions for future reference
- Handle Printers, Monitors and UPS maintenance with external supplier
- Communicate with external maintenance handling
- Responsible for supporting company employees for MS Office applications and other standard applications.
- Responsible for preparing and executing of a Maintenance Scheduling Program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related
- 1 years of experience
- Good to V.Good command of English
- Good communication skills.
