Job Description
Tender responsibility :
- Studying new tender set of drawings and BOQ.
- Pricing project different BOQ items with detailed price analysis.
- Proposing different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders.
- Formulating time schedules for new tenders and projects.
- Developing tender complete package and presenting it.
- Reviewing all tender terms and conditions.
- Fulfill the pricing process properly different trades (Civil – Mechanical – architecture, etc…)
- Building profit and loss scenarios (worst case / better scenarios).
Procurement responsibility :
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
- Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in architecture/civil engineering. (preferable civil)
- From 10 to 15 total years of experience
- Strong time management and accuracy skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
