Job Title: Office Manager / Business Development
Reports To: CEO/President
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including scheduling, budgeting, accounting, and record-keeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Ensure that office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and replaced as needed
- Ensure that the office is kept clean and organized
Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that business development initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
