Job Description
Dynamics 365 Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties that include system configuration and administration, reporting and analysis, and quality assurance testing. Other duties include; developing or modifying system requirements and functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and technology projects. Additionally, as the Dynamics 365 Administrator, you will serve as a liaison and advisor throughout the organization.
The Dynamics 365 Administrator will oversee the administration, maintenance, field support, customization and configuration of the platform.
Job Requirements
- The consultant should be able to install Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premise in 4 tier landscape (dev, test, quality, production)
- The consultant should be able to carry out Windows Server management activities such as group policies, security center roles etc.
- The consultant should be able to apply product patch, updates as per release cycle
- The consultant should be able to provide a DR solution for Dynamics 365 On-Premise
- The consultant should be able to application backup as required by client
- The consultant should be able to restore backup of Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premise
- The consultant should be able to configure IFD server, and apply digital certificates to Dynamics 365 application server for secure communication
- The consultant should be able to apply security policies as mandated by client
