Job Description
- Overall responsibility for the company’s business sales via direct and direct sales channels
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
- Manage and lead sales team to maximize sales revenue and reach or exceed the target
- Perform market research and SWOT analysis
- Develop plans to ensure growth for both short and long term
- Developing specific plans to ensure the growth of both the long and short term.
- Create complete business plans for goals attainment and meeting the target
Job Requirements
- From 4 to 10 years of experience
- Equally proficient in sales strategy and sales execution
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding the target
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the software industry and software sales
- Strong leadership skills to manage, support and develop sales team
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
