Job Description
- Developing and managing all marketing activities in the company
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales team to developing the incoming leads
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns as social media or digital campaigns, and events.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Study and analysis marketing campaign results.
- Generate marketing qualified leads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Optimize lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Work on SEO of the website pages.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate is a must
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong real estate experienced specialized in marketing platform (Property Finder, Aqarmap, OLX ,SMS & WhatsApp campaign ) listings ads.
- Marketing Diploma
- Excellent in English is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Brokerage experience is an advance.
- Creativity and writing skills.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
