Job Description
- Handling Main AP/ AR Accounting responsibilities.
- Handling GL, forecasting and budgeting, etc.
- Preparing regular financial reports.
- Developing existing accounting procedures.
- Managing accounting team.
- Managing budget and keep accurate financial records.
- Performing cost analysis statement.
- Coordinating with other departments: Sales, Sales Operations, CRM, etc.
Job Requirements
- Experience needed: 7+ years in Accounting.
- Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Accounting systems.
- Excellent in Financial Analysis.
- Communication and Leadership skills.
