Job Description

  • Dealing with incoming email, calls, and post, often corresponding on behalf of COO.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments attends them and take minutes of meeting.
  • Making sure all the supplies for his office are fulfilled on time.
  • Maintaining office conditions and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Providing general support to visitors.
  • Deliver reports regarding the tasks assigned to the other departments and managements with the progress after following-up with them.
  • Provide administrative support to the C.O.O and help him make decisions based on full detailed reports.
  • Create and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Attend events as assigned, taking dictation and minutes, and keeping the corresponding data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Discipline.
  • Proven experience in the same job role at least for 10 years, Background in Construction Industry is A MUST.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • English Language Fluency.
  • Office management experience.
  • Decent, professional, and dedicated person.
  • Positive attitude and problem solver.
  • Can be either a team member or a team leader as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Presentable and tidy person.
  • Trustworthy and keeps work confidential matters with the only authorized people.
  • A skilled person with the ability to learn.
