Job Description
- Identifying & validating hiring needs, related to blue collars, with direct managers.
- Handles the entire recruitment process for all blue collars including HK staff and Technicians.
- Aligning with the training department to start orientation & HK training for the newly hired staff.
- Ensuring that all accepted candidates have finalized their hiring documents and are ready to start.
- Visiting sites to administer staff engagement surveys, do the related analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Ensuring a reliable & conclusive pipeline database for HK & Technical candidates to minimize time to fill & fulfill hiring needs for the new projects.
- Conducting exit interviews for all resigning staff to identify the resignations reasons and analyze the findings and recommend solutions to reduce turnover.
- Introducing new recruitment channels to be able to find the best-fit candidates & fulfill recruitment needs effectively and in a timely manner.
- Enrolling & participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events.
- Participating in the new employee onboarding & orientation.
- Creating & updating job descriptions for blue-collar positions.
- Identifying key talents as per preset criteria and provide recommendations to retain them.
- Responsible for blue collars' annual performance appraisal and supporting with any related inquires.
- Presenting monthly reports of recruitment process & conducted exit interviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 7+ years experience in recruiting blue collars.
- Very good English
- Familiar with different recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reporting & analytical skills.
- Presentation skills.
