Job Description

  • Lead and educate system users throughout the implementation and support phases.
  • Evaluate user's business requirements, needs, and objectives and transform them to company processes, solutions, and modules to be implemented.
  • Analyze and solve complex user issues related to data and processes.
  • Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
  • Customize functions, create reports, and upload data using API & ADI on Oracle Applications.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation for technical, implementation, support and test activities.

Job Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of functional domains in Oracle E-Business suite Procure to Pay cycle OR Order to Cash cycle
  • In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle ERP.
  • Technical Skill Set: Expert level in PL/SQL, XML Publisher Report.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HRMS is a plus.
  • Preferable Knowledge of IoT , Robotic, Chatbots, Block chain etc.
  • A Minimum of 3 and up to 6 years of experience in Oracle Applications Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • High Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Software System Analysis methodologies
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response
  • Strong team player so you leverage each other’s strengths.
  • High flexibility so you remain agile in a fast changing business and organizational environment.
