Job Description
Job Summary:
Selling investment shares in the company's projects by dealing with potential clients of the company or by searching for new clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving sales requests through the Sales Admin for all potential customers (50%: 60% interested).
- Communicating with potential clients using the agreed training methods.
- Converting the customer from potential to actual (80% interested: 90%) through persuasion skills.
- Preparing a detailed report on the client and submitting it to the line manager.
- Set an appointment with the client to visit the company's headquarters in Egypt or at the agent in any other country.
- Receiving clients at the company's headquarters and bringing them to the sales manager to close the deal.
- Searching for new clients in the circle of personal relationships and acquaintances.
- Follow up on agents and brokerage offices periodically.
- Agreement with sales officials to nominate target customers from other industries.
- Conducting weekly meetings with the direct manager.
- Attending parties, conferences and meetings that are in the interest of the client.
- Traveling outside the country when needed
Job Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, AUC or GUC graduate is preferred.
Experience: 3-7 years.
Language: Fluent in English
Computer Skills: Excellent in MS Office.
Other requirements:Experience in one of the following areas is required
- Stock exchange, stocks and bonds. - Selling bank investment certificates.
- Life insurance companies. - Selling high-value residential units outside Egypt.
