Job Description
- Financial control of all records and accounts movement in the company
- Supervision of all accountants and accounting staff in the company
- Financial control of movement in cash inventory banks and records
- Follow-up and ensure timely delivery of all financial reports and follow-up of financial commitments in an orderly time
- Supervision and follow-up of all company’s payables
- Follow up and supervise payroll employee loans. Sign payroll and ensure funds are available for all payments.
- Reporting periodically and regularly to management and follow-up on implementing management’s financial decisions
- Supervision of internal auditor
- Driving the company's financial planning
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company policies.
- Manage a team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position (As CFO) and minimum of 15 years overall experience in the field of Accounting and Finance.
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
- Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
