Job Description
- Organize, coordinate the company events as conferences, workshops, missions, campaigns…..
- Forecast and report the budget of different events.
- Work with and follow up on social media agencies on monthly or campaign social media content and spending
- Work with and follow up on advertising agencies on developing/printing branding and promotional material…
- Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
- Communicate with all the vendors aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity.- Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals…etc.
- Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally.
- Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results and take actions based on them.
- Attend all meetings and trainings scheduled by the company.
- Meet marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Marketing Diploma / Certificate is preferred.
- Experience in events organizing is preferred.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Time Management skills.
- Good verbal \ written communication skills.
- Good Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
