About the Team:
The Growth Team drives the promotional engine of Our business. It is responsible for increasing brand awareness overall, while also driving potential and recurring Merchants to the company’s service.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the category's targets and performance.
- Forecast demand and set IPOs.
- Set seasonal calendars of his category.
- Review category's overall performance.
- Plan category's development strategy and manage its implementation.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
- Attention to details.
- Background in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Data-Driven.
- Good knowledge of conversion optimization efforts.
- Capable of carrying on market research and competitive research.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a start-up or early-stage environment
- Industry sector-specific knowledge is not a prerequisite, though a passion for online retailing and the enthusiasm to quickly build up your knowledge of a new area are both essential.
