Job Description
- Follows-up product creation calendar to deliver new models to the market on time.
- Organizes workflow by assigning responsibilities to technicians / workers and prepares work schedules.
- Ensures the safe use of equipment and follows-up maintenance plan.
- Identifies efficiency issues and suggests improvements.
- Manages workers on the production line, ensuring they all work together as a team and follow protocols
- Provides workers with the proper training
- Troubleshoots all steps in the manufacturing process, and seeking improvement in procedures wherever necessary.
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports when needed concerning production status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Chemical /Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
- You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
