Job Description

Basic Role of Tenant Relations Department:

  • To support the tenants in fulfilling their sales targets. To act as a support function and advisor to assist the tenants in reaching operational excellence and excelling in customer service. To be the point of contact for the tenants and assist in making their operations more efficient.
  • Sales Reporting - Retail Analyst, Collect Monthly sales from Tenants by way of form. Aim to be completed by 15th of each subsequent month. Report any late sales to Tenant Relations manager.
  • Struggling Tenants - Tenant Support, Prepare the requested Sales analysis sheet.
  • Change of Operating Hours- Trading hours, Memo draft with the new timing to the Tenants. 
  • Data Entry - Data Upload, Uploading Tenants data into Yardi.
  • Sales - Data Upload, Upload Tenants Sales into Yardi. 
  • Footfall, Manage Vemcount system and send weekly and Monthly report.
  • Documentation, Collecting and filing Tenants commercial registry and Insurance Certificates.
  • Tenants Update, Collect new Tenants contacts and update existing Tenants contacts.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years Admin Experience
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
