Job Description
- Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings
- Controlling of all documents revision for the project
- Carry out inspection as per approved inspection and test plan and procedure
- Preparing and performing punch list follow up till Client acceptance and final handover
- Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment and construction activities
- Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Schedules
- Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles, plastering, paintings, water proof, heat insulation …etc.)
- Quantity Survey
- Prepare procurement requests
- Monitor projects time plan and Schedule
- Monitoring work progress
- Preparing interim payments
- Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process
- Preparation of As-built drawings
- Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost
- Coordination between all construction and finishing parties (Suppliers, subcontractors, and consultant)
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in architecture/civil engineering is a must.
- 7-12 years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is a must (Primavera or MS Project tool).
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
