Human Resource Recruiter

About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for our nontech teams in Egypt who will meet the evolving hiring needs of a high-growth company through sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent. In this role, you'll be a critical member of our global talent acquisition team, partnering closely with nontech stakeholders and driving the recruiting process to identify the right fit for our teams.
 

• Design and develop job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Experience in On-boarding
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Conduct exit interviews
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
