Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day Vehicles and equipment's' operations.
- Designing strategy and set goals for growth.
- Maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses.
- Setting policies and processes.
- Awareness of Transport and Service Market and capable of obtaining new business.
- Practical experience of opening new market in the field and processing remarkable expansion of Transport and Service industry.
- Effective and efficient ability to obtain tenders and prepare accurate estimation reportage to VICE-CEO.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Evaluate and improve operations pertaining to Vehicles and Equipment Movement.
- Technical awareness of vehicles and equipment’s Maintenance and developing its cycles based on professional standard reference.
- Prepare regular reports for VICE-CEO.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
- Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles and equipment.
- Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
- Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures as well as company revenue goals and Client service objectives.
- Complying with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules, and government regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, engineering, or related field.
- MSc/MA/MBA is a competitive advantage.
- At least 10 years' proven experience as Executive Manager or similar executive role in Transportation and Service industry.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (maintenance, warehouse, Vehicles and Equipment Movement, finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Solid knowledge and experience of planning and budgeting in the transportation and service industry and logistics.
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP System.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Age is 45 Max
