Job Description
- Represent the company in judicial proceedings and ensure full legal compliance.
- Initiate legal proceedings in relevant courts with unresponsive parties who fail to pay installments on time.
- Advise management of all necessary legal requirements in all company activities.
- Develop all company contracts and prepare multiple versions for different business needs.
- Preparing detailed reports for the issues entrusted to him and submitting them to the line manager.
- Preparing a monthly report with updates on the issues assigned to him.
- Review and amend all company documents for strict legal compliance.
- Monitor legal risks in the documentation and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
- Monitor legal risks in contracts entered into by the company and advise the company in accordance with the law updates.
- Explain the law and give legal advice.
- Coordination with the sales sector in reviewing contracts for customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws.
- At least 5 years of experience in the legal field.
- Registered with the Bar.
- Fully aware of laws, provisions, and regulations related to contracts and real estate transactions.
- He objectively thinks about problems from different angles, assesses risks and identifies solutions, demonstrates originality of thought and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
