Job Description
- Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
- Review the compatibility of tender documents (drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities).
- Review of specifications and prepare list of suppliers and subcontractors packages for different Project Disciplines.
- Prepare comparison sheets for main suppliers and subcontractors prices for different project items and recommend the most competitive ones.
- Negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare contracts ,POs according to given data, Follow up projects needs and prepare purchasing form after pricing the items.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
- 5 to 8 Years' years of experience.
- Previous experience in Electromechanical filed ( HVAC & Fire Fighting)
- Very Good Knowledge of English.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project
