Job Description

  • Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
  • Schedule appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Promote new products with chains and any special offers.
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  • Record orders and coordinate requirements to the Professional service department.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Assist in monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals company with solid experience with chains of the pharmacies, wholesalers and Hypermarkets.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
