Implementation

• Implement technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in technology. 
• Deliver high quality engagements around Microsoft’s solution areas, technologies and products in diverse client environments till the project’s sign off phase. 
• Identify, deploy and maintain appropriate connectivity options
• Maintain and test Business Continuity plans and systems
• Install, maintaining and monitor operating environments.
• Develop and maintain deployment and configuration guides.

Technical Support

• Actively contribute to increasing the availability of our services by providing iterative improvements to existing infrastructure solutions
• Troubleshoot and remediate 4th level issues impacting the operation of the
  corporate voice and data infrastructure.
• Respond effectively and speedily to any problems.
• Ensure operating environments stay safe and secure.
• Document all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
