Job Description
- Prepare and performs employees personnel files (Employment contracts, form 1, 6,..etc), and new hire guides , and keep employee ‘data up to date .
- Organize, and update company personnel records and documentation to have an organized archiving and valid data on the system.
- Liaise with external partners, like labor office, and insurance offices, to ensure legal compliance with labor law and company policy
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates), and to monitor employee’s attendance and vacation
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules, employees benefit sheets (medical & life insurance)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Support the talent acquisition team, conducting phone calls, interviews, screening resumes to create a shortlist of qualified candidates as required.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals to ensure that all jobs are announced.
- Follow up and administer pre-hiring tests and assessment to ensure proper recruitment, and to ensure that candidates completed their documents.
- Follow hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time- to fill and source of hire to ensure that all jobs are filled in specific time and to have analytical data.
