Job Description
- Conducting corporate founding procedures.
- Conducting company liquidation procedures.
- Undertake all actions and dealings with the State Investment Authority.
- Undertake all actions and dealings with the General Export and Import Control Authority.
- Dealing with the Capital Market Authority and issuing and registering stock certificates both within and outside the platform.
- Attendance at regular and non-regular public associations. Revision of statutes.
- Restructuring and restructuring of companies and types.
- Follow up on the legal relationship of our clients with governmental and non-governmental agencies. Obtaining the necessary licenses for industrial, agricultural, and commercial enterprises from various bodies.
- All permits, licenses, and approvals are necessary for the activity of our clients.
- Preparation, revision, modification, and negotiation of daily contracts and other contractual arrangements required for day-to-day work and operations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Law degree (English - French Section)
- Experience:1-3 years of experience.
- Must hold an attorney’s license in order to practice law in Egypt.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Highly analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communications skills both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent administrative and computer skills.
