Oracle ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly capable ERP project manager to deploy Oracle’s E-Business Suite ERP software at Power House.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and results-driven project manager who has a strong understanding of business processes, extensive technical experience using Oracle’s ERP system as well as the leadership skills required for its effective implementation and administration.

Responsibilities

Evaluation of “ERP Phase 1” (already implemented and integrating Finance, Purchasing and Inventory)

• Evaluate and recommend changes to the current ERP system (“ERP Phase 1”)

Implementation of “ERP Phase 2” (consisting of Operations, Engineering, Quality Control, Project Management, and Sales)

• Set strategy, roadmap, and the timeline for “ERP Phase 2” implementation
• Effectively manage the implementation of “ERP Phase 2” by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress

Business Intelligence

• Oversee and execute improvement projects including the creation of new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Work with senior leadership by leveraging the ERP system to implement change management, project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership, and team organizational structure management

System Administration and Coordination

• Create and maintain an inventory of fields and definitions for inputs/values
• Coordinate and manage the organization’s use of master files, roles, user views, data control, reporting, and data integrity
• Manage and track the status of all system changes, tests, and upgrades tasks
• Ensure documentation, such as training guides, procedures, and test scripts, are maintained and regularly updated

Testing and Maintaining Data Integrity

• Design and run quarterly reports to test data integrity and accuracy within the system
• Maintain an inventory of reports to assure that codes, trees, and other critical fields maintain accuracy as changes are made to attributes and relations

Internal Communication and User Training/Support

• Research and survey end-user needs
• Organize training, manage support and promote the use and education of ERP across the organization
• Lead the design and development of documentation and end-user quick guides as needed
• Review Help Tickets, complaints, and recommendations from end-users

Liaison with Vendors and Parties

• Serve as the lead point of contact with the ERP vendor
