Job Description

Job brief:

  • Building and establishing the non-food department, setting department policies and standards, ensuring that they are implemented in the targeted manner, setting department sales targets, and following them up on a monthly. 

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a plan to develop the non-food department in line with market requirements.
  •  Create a model for displaying non-food products to attract customers and increase the percentage of department sales in stores.
  • Follow up and monitor policies and standards to ensure that they are implemented in the targeted manner.
  •  Setting the department's sales targets in the stores and following them up on a monthly with the store managers to ensure that the target is achieved. 
  •  Training and development of management staff in all stores to raise their efficiency and achieve the desired goals of the department.
  •  Continuous evaluation and follow-up of the department’s employees in all stores.
  •  Holding the periodic meeting of all the department's employees to discuss the problems and challenges facing the department, submit proposals to solve them and submit reports on them to the direct manager.
  •  Follow-up and supervision of the storage of products in warehouses in the places designated for them in the correct manner in accordance with the established policies.
  • Follow-up report of the store's shortcomings of fast-revolving products and prepare steps to solve them. 
  •  Analyze the department's sales report periodically to ensure that the work is going in the right way.
  •  Preparing a visualization of the internal offers for the stagnant items, in coordination with the direct manager and the Purchasing Department and presenting them in appropriate ways to customers.
  •  Ensure that the supervisor prepares the department’s ISO documents accurately and delivers them to the branch management to take the necessary action.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • 1-3 years’ experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Excellent Leadership skills.
