Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of projects by asset class or territory;
- Coordinate with the business analysis team during the opportunity identification stage;
- Responsible for the preparation of business plans for each project. Owns the P&L of the project/ respective portfolio;
- Head and coordinate an internal project/ portfolio team from Design, construction, sales, marketing, finance departments;
- Prepare monthly reports on the development progress to be presented to the Development Committee
Job Requirements
- The candidate should come from a business or engineering background (architecture/Civil), with a local or GCC experience of 20 years.
- An MBA degree would be of an advantage.
