Tech Recruiter
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Tech recruiter who is super talented in finding talents to fill in our technical jobs, such as jobs in information technology and engineering. If you’ve got all skills and traits of a regular recruiter in addition to in-depth knowledge of our industry; we would love to have you on our team of 4,500+ ambitious and curious people building trading platforms that are used by hundreds of millions of people every month to buy and sell almost anything!
What will you be doing?
- You will work closely with other teams from the early stages of resourcing, all the way through acquiring a talented team.
- You will develop recruiting strategies, be constantly up to date with all changes in the hiring market
- You will identify recruiting sources and networks, develop efficient partnerships with recruitment agencies and hiring platforms
- You will work closely with hiring managers to create JDs
- You will assess and interview selected candidates, fill in ATS and maintain an updated database of qualified candidates & potentials
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment experience in the tech field.
- Proficiency with ATS software
- Proficiency with MS office
- Problem-solving; analytical thinking; conceptual thinking; detail-oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is an absolute must. We have heated debates around complicated subjects and you will be expected to defend your points of view.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
