Job Description

  • Sets out operational plans for providing the administrative buildings with the necessary  materials based on the budget .
  • Oversees the implementation of the operational plans with works on resolve any problems.
  • Follow up the payment dates of the financial bills for the headquarters (electricity, water, to ensure timely payment of the required amounts.
  • Contact with government and private organizations  involved in the ongoing operation , such as electricity, gas, water and communications companies .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must . 
  • From 5 to 7 years experience as a administrative affairs manager .
