Job Description
- Document & ensure the availability of all project documentation including but not limited to projects plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, distribute minutes to all project team members & ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Follow-up the implementation of actions agreed upon during meetings.
- Follow-up with the PMO team members on the open actions to ensure they are closed.
- Conduct onsite visits (if needed) to ensure the implementation of projects plans on time.
- Collect all required data & prepare presentations when needed.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field of study.
- PM Certificate is a must (Agile or Prince 2 is a plus).
- 1 - 3 years experience in the project management.
- Exceptional verbal, written presentation & communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project
- Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
