Job Overview:
You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the analysis team lead. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing solutions and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing requirements analysis
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with cross-functional team members and management
- Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business systems analyst
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical mindset
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good understanding of user experience (UX)
- Advanced technical skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
