Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a hybrid position;
- The candidate will carry out typical development tasks (analysis, design, coding, unit testing, deployment and support) as well as a system engineer role specializing in Cisco contact center technologies (previous knowledge is a plus, but we will train you)
- The candidate will be part of an experienced and supportive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Solid OO Programming knowledge (Java or C#)
- Solid MSSQL knowledge is a MUST
- Solid knowledge in Asp.net Core, MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework
- Strong understanding of HTML/JS/CSS concepts
- Practical experience in web APIs, web security basics
- Networking and switching concepts knowledge is a plus
- Cisco contact center knowledge is a plus
- CRMs (Dynamics, Siebel, SAP) knowledge is a plus
