Job Description

  • Discusses current processes (AS IS) with staff and observes processes at all levels of organization.
  • Undertakes and reviews work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Records and analyses organizations' work flow charts and work instructions.
  • Prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems.
  • Reviews operating procedures and advises of departures from procedures and standards.
  • Recommends more efficient processes and develops solutions to process non value-added activities.
  • Assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, or another relevant field to work as an Organization and Methods Analyst. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in process improvement field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. 
  • MS. Visio experience.
  • Planning & Organizing skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
