Discusses current processes (AS IS) with staff and observes processes at all levels of organization.
Undertakes and reviews work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures.
Records and analyses organizations' work flow charts and work instructions.
Prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems.
Reviews operating procedures and advises of departures from procedures and standards.
Recommends more efficient processes and develops solutions to process non value-added activities.
Assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, or another relevant field to work as an Organization and Methods Analyst.
2-3 years of experience in process improvement field.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
MS. Visio experience.
