Job Description
- Discusses current processes (AS IS) with staff and observes processes at all levels of organization.
- Undertakes and reviews work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures.
- Records and analyses organizations' work flow charts and work instructions.
- Prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems.
- Reviews operating procedures and advises of departures from procedures and standards.
- Recommends more efficient processes and develops solutions to process non value-added activities.
- Assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, or another relevant field to work as an Organization and Methods Analyst.
- 2-3 years of experience in process improvement field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- MS. Visio experience.
- Planning & Organizing skills.
- Attention to details.
- Strong communication skills.
