Job Description

  • Monitors expenses and/or budgets to highlights areas of concern to direct manager 
  • Researches a wide variety of information requests independently 
  • Collects, assembles, and summarizes statistics and information from identified sources as directed Prepares charts, graphs, and tables for presentations or inclusion in reports. 
  • Issues regular reports following established procedures as requested 
  • Deals with external sources such as customers and suppliers in order to resolve non-routine queries and problems.
  • Produces regular and/or ad hoc analyses of information relating to work processed
  • Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information

Job Requirements

  • Four-year bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a business support coordinator .
  • Great command of MS Office and Internet Surfing. 
  • Excellent English Language.
