Job Description
- Assesses new and released products for alternative design and construction methods, standardization, and optimized process applications.
- Liaises with suppliers to assess, optimize and standardize construction processes.
- Reviews vendor analysis for agility, core competencies, and construction process capabilities.
- Makes sourcing recommendations to the appropriate procurement resource.
- Provides construction related consulting internal to the client and external to the suppliers.
- Reviews fair market value analysis performed by Managers and Supervisors on product procurement methods.
- Support associated supplier negotiations as required.
- Assess feasibility of material cost reduction projects and implement in accordance with the Project Delivery Process.
- Performs such duties as assigned from time to time
- Serves as strategic and technical expert on specialized projects or programs; acts as advisor to management and/or customers
Job Requirements
- Education & Certificates: B.Sc. In Architecture or a comparable background field
- PMP is preferable
- Experience: From 10 to 15 years of experience in in construction management, Planning and / or design professional contracts.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Arabic and English
