Job Description
The ideal candidate shall be:
- Accountable for a territorial/branch sales monthly target through responding to DTC interactions and following-up sales inquiries from relevant HCPs.
- Planning and managing products' portfolios according to marketing strategy.
- Maintaining and developing the customer base empathetically, professionally & ethically.
- Resident nearby/within Heliopolis, or New Cairo
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- A BS degree in Bio-Engineering is preferable
